run the program called hijack this! and post up the log it generates in here, and i can identify what you need to remove...
if you run an anti-spyware program like adaware or spybot - it might catch it...hijack this is pretty good about getting them.
Hijack This:
http://computercops.biz/zx/Merijn/hijackthis.zip
You have to unzip it and run it from your computer for it to work...also good to run it in its own folder as it generates a lot of log and backup files.

adaware is pretty good. its a very good idea to invest in the pro version. it is awesome :)

eh....i wouldn't really recommend opera. first off, it's commercial so you'll see random banners and searchbars anyway. Also, it can't handle all pages correctly.

Looking at the files you'll need to run an anti-spyware program...
adaware/spybot/ or pest patrol are my recommendations.
There's also an easy to use utility called "crap cleaner" that I'll be highlighting in my re-write of the kirupa security article... www.ccleaner.com download - just click run :)
It clears your cookies, so you may have to re-login someplaces.
