Hey. I'm somewhat new to Flash. I'm makin a website, and wanted to include some buttons. I've made the buttons, but when I put them in my site, the page takes forever to load. How can I make the flash files load faster?

What exactly takes forever to load? The buttons or the other things that you have on your site?

The buttons take forever to load. go to http://www10.brinkster.com/fearfactory5

thats my site. all it has is one button on it, but it takes about 10 years to load.

It isn't the size that is the problem. You linked the movie wrong.

You have the browser looking for the movie in "Fear_Factory/downloads_but.swf", but I checked and you don't even have a sub directory called Fear_Factory.

Nope, not until the URL to the file is fixed inside the html file.
