I recently stumbled upon this forum and find it a wonderful resource. Great job to everyone! As a hobby I like to play around with making games. I used to write them as java applets, but found that Flash is easier and more users already have the necessary plug-ins. Please check out my work at www.eddiesolutions.com (http://www.eddiesolutions.com) and leave any feedback you'd like. The site is fairly simple and is just there mainly to host my games. Therefore, I'm really looking for feedback on the games on the Fun Stuff page. Thank you and enjoy!

i wish everything including the games where more pretty and easy to look at.... right now speaking visually based on the look of everything including the games makes me want to barf in my mouth and eat it ... everything else about the games are just fine its the looks of the games that are causing the barfing in the mouth
some quick fixes would be to put some really nice typography in the games.... And maybe lower the font size down a bit

@hatetofakeit -- i don't think you had to say barf to make your point... he's brand new on the forum and you are gonna insult him like that? you can make your point.. but don't be mean...
@flytie52000 the games are very simple and the graphics are not very good... your site as well needs alot of work..... i think that maybe you just haven't transfered from what was acceptable in the late 90's... I would suggest hanging around this forum and others to gain a feel for what is popular and up to date... Flash is so much more powerfull and the outcomes are limitless if you can apply the skill... And i see you have skill in coding.... now expand on that and develop some designn skills in color and style....

Barf happens to be a very perfect word its you who are making it mean...... why are you so mean ? you know you don’t have to attack me just because you don’t like the word barf! BARF!

@ubermensch Thanks for defending the "new guy". I appreciate your recognizing my coding skills. I started on a TI 994A way back in the early eighties. So "late 90's" style is up to date to me!
@hatetofakeit I'm a big boy and can take it, but you aren't establishing yourself as able to offer valid critique. You may feel otherwise, but I know I'd like to be known for offering helpful solutions. I viewed your website and can see that you are talented. I wouldn't want to hinder my credibility when offering a critique due to the manner in which I deliver it.
Thank you both for commenting on my games. I do agree that designing and graphics are not my strong suit. Ironically, I am colorblind! Therefore, I've always concentrated on the game play. I actually do most of the graphics after the game play is mostly completed. It is kind of an afterthought.
Simple games are what I aim for. I like the kind you can play at work in about 5 minutes, yet keep you wanting to play one more time. Maybe I've achieved that based upon my site traffic statistics.
The thing I've learned from this is that I should pay more attention to the graphics. My site is just there to host the games and I set it up like it was a business after being hired to do the Puck Stop game (not even close to my real career field). But I think I'll redesign the site to center around the games. I'll try to make sure that it is more visually appealing. Perhaps I'll work on some of the graphics of the existing games, as well. Probably not, I get bored with that part easily. I'll post here again once I update it and hopefully it won't make anyone want to barf.

yes, restructuring yor site around your games would be a good idea. after all that what your site is about. your content should be the formost idea in your head when you design a site. i reckon your games are pretty fun to play and they look fine, they just need more polish. anyway, goodluck with it all.

Dude you need to update the graphics of the game they appear to pixelated. If you fix it the game will rock. Also you really need to redesign your site.
