Thats very common; in fact that used to be mine but I opted for the new firefox google base when that popped up ;)

I had that a long time.. but when I just went to brows the web I would lose all sence in going on the internet if that where my homepage. It was like? I'm borded let's browse the web. for a while. Then the first page would be blank I just gave up right then.

pro's are that you never get a 404. :P

Mine is cube.ign.com, it has been for about 3-4 years. I usually end up hitting the stop button before the ads load, and I never read anything on it anymore, I don't know why I haven't changed it :-/

I have created a special page that combines two random words from a list of hundreds of common phrases, adds .com to the end, and then sends me there.
I use a complex algorithm based on the birthdays of my closest friends and the second letter of their pets' names to determine which phrases are joined together to form the url.

It's all rather exciting really. If anyone wants the link just let me know.

mine used to be (for a long tiem) this site that didnt exist (i think it was somehting like www.laqingsquosvski.com or something, i cant remember exacly), and every time i opened a browser it really pissed me off that a error would come up that it couldnt find the server... but i never bothered to change it till like a week ago... and now its plane old google :thumb:

I actually started using about:blank back in the days of dial-up. It was just annoying having the "Connect/Work Offline" thingo pop up every time you open the browser, so I set it to blank :D
