hey guys, can anyone tell how can I make that cool scroll bar That i've seen many times, the one in which you can scroll the thumb and it seems like the text is coming after it in a lower velocity, (to understand me better see the scroll at http://www.dopeawards.com/)

Any ideas???

PLEASE!!! this scroll is everywhere (f Xsample: http://www.braingiants.com/ ) ... but I haven't found any tutorial on this
