question 2: how to test a flash/php email form locally

how do i make this so i can test it on my local server?

tried a search of the forum but couldn't find it anywhere
not sure which settings i need to change an don't wanna stuff anything up!!

yes i do. it all works fine except when i send the form it doesn't sen anything to my email
