I just got vBulletin, but does anyone know how to make styles for it?

If anyone does I would greatly appreciate it!

Isn't it on the Admin Control Panel or something? That's how you make phpBB and Invision skins.

What I mean is, how do I make one like kirupa can...
People submit things and he can apply them... How does he do that?

I use one parent style (kirupa.com Classic), and all of the styles people submit are children of that parent style. Is that what you are asking?

My version of the skin has been modified a lot with 3rd party extensions, so it may not be useful for you. You can download skins from vBulletinTemplates instead: http://www.vbulletintemplates.com
