Hi everyone.
Once again I need help to solve a problem/mistery, I'm continuing a job almoust finished by other person but has a "bug".

You can try it on this URL: http://www.b-lizzard.pt/arneg/pt/frames/frameset_01.htm (http://www.ozzu.com/counter/exit.cgi?http://www.b-lizzard.pt/arneg/pt/frames/frameset_01.htm) or the others frameset_02 03 04 etc. The root is http://www.b-lizzard.pt/arneg. (http://www.ozzu.com/counter/exit.cgi?http://www.b-lizzard.pt/arneg.)

So, when I enter the site for the first time, the background image takes some time to load, but after is charged on the cache it's faster.

But the first access is veeeeery SLOW!
I was checking the CSS and aparently is everything ok. The background images has only 1kb. Why this is happening? Can you help me please!

Thanks! :)

it seems to me the background image is much more than just 1k. if it were 1k, it would load faster. also the graphic seems to be in flash, which might have alot of other elements going on in the SWF file, which would slow down the loading time. Is there a reason to use flash here?

i would check the size of the graphic again and possibly re-export it. also, if the top graphic is in flash, check the FLA file and make sure that there isn't something else going on that would slow down the load time.
