Looking for Web Developer As Partner

Hi Everyone,

I'm in the planning stages of a new entreprenuerial venture and I'm looking for someone who has the following skills:

Flash
PHP/MySQL
CSS
JavaScript
Photoshop

I would be responsible for finding/securing clients and the qualified candidate would be in charge of the actual development. I'd prefer someone who has an extensive portfolio but that is not a requirement. This is also a great long-term venture for those who are trying to build up their profile.
