They might have bought the source files, they're for sale, but I don't know if they did or not.

Well the source files were for sale. And Kigot did some underhanded dealings to get that site they had anyway. So say the fly on the wall.

But I doubt they bought the source files. SInce that is a lowsy implementation..

Read their intro paragraph....lol..

That's sad, I mean kigot is a well known site. Why would you rip a well known site? Ok, I'm taking back my sad comment and replacing it with "that's stupid"

On a side note I emailed kigot and asked nicely for the source and they gave it to me. Actually, they gave me a link to the location where it was stored. So maybe these boneheads stumbled across the link and got the source.

If they got the source files, why is the quality of the images so bad? I understand if it was a complete rip it would look terrible. But if they got the source files it should look a lot better....... terrible ripping job.....
Maybe one of the rip designers did work for Kigot - I understand they did a lot of outsourcing. (I may be wrong on that). Maybe he wanted to take what was already his......... that'd be funny, cause it's such a bad job. I guess the quality of the rip rules that possibility out...

Kigot was supposed to be something really fresh when it first came out. Then it just slipped with much of their content wasnt online and after that, some of the employees took vacations (they made some loading sequence that took forever to load even for >adsl speeds just saying, "We will be back soon.....". I think they did use the source files, tried to make it theres, you can even tell that the right sections are still "coming soon" which is what happened when Kigot first came out. I dont consider it a rip when the source files have been given to individuals but nevertheless.
