Photoshop CS 8 Error..!!

Im not sure why, but every now and then I get this error while using photoshop, iv attached a screenshot of the error below, after you click ok on the error button, it then closes photoshop, although it still asks to save my work (so thats good) -

Anyone know what it is...?

i have a legit copy as well and got the same thing but it only happened once then never again, i dont know if it was trying to dial home and was blocked by my fire wall or what happened but that was about a month ago and it hasnt happened since.
