This is really just a haiku for my own secret understanding, but I don't want you to think it's a cop-out.
Translation: Skeptics can often have a different face (demon), one which contradicts their true nature (in this case, skeptical of demons). Said "demons" , though hipocritical and hollow, can still do a lot of damage(undermine) to those who are frail, know-nothing of which they speak of so often, and only come out "when the coast is clear" (voles). The ones who don't hide behind a mask, and don't cower in fear, will work tirelessly to bring change (run endlessly), even if it kills them.

Translation of Translation:
The site name is a secret story which only I used to know.
It is of the patronizing demon, the old vole, and the racers who only gets as far as his will can go.

But to anyone else, it's just a clever play on words. :P
