Hey shiepowk,
That is a problem that will always occur when testing on different browsers. Wherever you see an empty cell with no content in it, place your mouse cursor in the cell and press the Space key. That might ensure that Netscape does not interpret the cell as being empty, and therefore, not recognizing it.
