This is my entry for the Flash Footer category in the KirupaForum vs Billy Bussey Forum battle. I don't really know what it is, I just went with the feeling I had. The particles make it seem like it's underwater, bubbling, so I I'll call it underwater.

If you like, you can switch the particles on and off by clicking on the small arrow to the right. It saves the data in a SharedObject, so you don't have to do it everytime you see the footer again. It uses lots of sine waves and random force for animating the particles, the background and the swoosh, so it might get CPU intensive on older pcs. Hence, the option to turn it off using a SharedObject.

wow i was just like ten seconds ago reading one of your posts and wondered how you did this...and then next i came to this post, lol it looks good. reminds me of some mystical place that isn't water or air it is just...mystical.
