But seriously check out this site, and all the tutorials etc, and the forum, theres alot of great people here that want to help people like yourself.

I do have 2 more additional flash resources that i occasionally use outside Kirupa.com,

Actionscript.org

Flashkit is good, but could be better =)
Actionscritpt is ok, could be gooder.
( i know gooder is not a word, but i like it lol).
