Hmm... well, the middle three buttons don't work... I would focus a lot on attention to detail in your design. On your transitions some of the motion doesn't look quite right. Keep working on it.. you have a good start.

yeah, you should up your fps a little until the transitions are smooth. also, why does this have to be in a popup? a regular window would look just as good and would function better. as far as the rest goes, i think it's decent. i like the colors and fonts you're using (remember to embed the contact section font).

cool thanks, thats good advice. How do you think I should lay it down on a single page as opposed to a pop-up. By that I mean, do you think I should tile the whole bg and lay the layout on top. Or have a solid bg and lay that swf on top?

you could just make one tall jpg or gif of your bg and repeat it. just give the swf a transparent background.
