We have a thread for Site of The Week which judges flash sites.
How about one for HTML sites with under 25% or even 0% flash?

Also-- this is mainly a Flash forum, I mean, you don't see any HTML tutorials here -- do you?

thats strange cause I'm sure there are server side and client side forums which deal with, amongst other things, HTML and CSS

maybe some server side and client side tutorials wouldn't go a miss
