how do I make a voting option like newgrounds?

I am making a site for my friend and he wants a function that lets him vote on the flash moveis like newgrounds, is there a way?

Next time try a search of course you wouldn't really find it in the games forum, but others would have it.

in that tutorial the .fla file didn't work for me, maybe it's in MX 2004 format? I just have normal MX, could somebody save it as a MX file?
