ToFlash.com is currently recruiting freelance flash artists for hundreds of projects. The artists will develop fully functional flash websites from provided sketches or HTML layouts.

The perfect candidate must have a very good understanding of ActionScript and Flash MX in general. Animation skills are a big plus.

Payments will be made per number of new Flash websites created.<o:p></o:p>
