How to make if space is down an explosion appears in mouse position..

im getting annoyed because of my english! :puzzled:

I tried script what i made myself but it didnt work:

onClipEvent (keyDown) {
if (Key.isDown(Key.SPACE))
endX = _root.xmouse;
endY = _root.ymouse;
}
