Please, be proud to be a citizen of the country where you were born and you live. I am an indian, and I live in USA. Still, I have the most respect for my country. I love my country and I am proud of it....

lot, trust me if you hav an american accent u can get a very good job
in call centers as a trainee or somehing..all of them shifted to delhi and banglore..better ones are in delhi coz north indians have an adaptable accent, they can learn both british and american accent in matter of days ;)

I land in New Delhi, I plan on going up to Amritsar and see the Golden Temple, Taj Mahal, hoping to have lots of fun. But these schools ***s, keep giving me more and more homework. I have to log-on to the internet everyday to do my **** homework. :(

well i have lived in india too for about 6 to 7 years of ma childhood lifefrom 3 to 10, i went to visit this summer it was great. i am from andhra pardesh hyderabad if neone is wondering. well i went and checked out the places there and i should say tey have become pretty advanced. beside hyderabad they made a supercity..it has subways and building and other new stuff that u dont see alot in india!!

i definetly recommend u to go to tajmahal while its a full moon. it is very very beuatiful..(not that it doesnt look while insunlight but its better at night) i would also recommend u to visit the museum in delhi. man i should say very time i went there there was a new thing!! worth checking out!! many othere restauraunt u should check out!!

I dont remember paying much duty when i came back from canada couple of year ago..but from dubai they double check for extra gold, incase we want to give away some lol, nah kidding...everything has changed..delhi airport is one of the busiest in india, hey i had a new brand digicam in my pocket n a lot of stuff from dubai (went for shopping festival ofcoz lol) no one checkd me, make sure u have 3-5 thousand IRS with ya incase they bugg u...and yea dont let thm dominate, also dont overdo it..they hav lots of illegal stuff they can addon to ur baggage and file a case (if they want to mess it up bad..which is like one in 1000's..still be active in india) also it depends what u want to gift...make sure it is'nt somethn thts illegal in here, gold and diamonds under limits too, its all cool though..theres nothin tht cant be sorted out in here hahaha

if u dont hav anyone to recieve u in delhi make sure u get a prepaid taxi from the exit to the right gate, u can stay in reddison hotel which is like 10 min from airport. btw where are u gona stay in india?

about modernizing....i leave india for 3-4 months and i see the changes on coming back,your talkin bout last 20 years :P hahah ur gona faint seeing all the changes....still old exists and rare to fine, kinda miss it sometimes...when i do i go to old delhi..chandni chownk area :) yes we hav mcdonolds, pizza hut, dominos and stuff allover delhi (india) but if ur the one in the know u'd go place which are famous for their special taste or dishes...i kno somany place, going there for ages and still cant get enough of em :) remember delhi is famous for its food and not mcdonolds n stuff..they are same allover

we also hav metro train network starting very soon..its like tubes in uk n underground trains in usa...project almost on climax, yes it can cause some traffic problem sometimes but u can say they are remaking delhi for 18th time (if u kno history of this city..its been ruled by 17 different kings/presidents) they destroyed it..remade it..ges not many cities has that in them to get back up from dead for 17times..mayb thts the reason its the capital of india :)
