Drop Down Menus

One time I saw a drop down menu, that when you selected a certain item another menu appeared below it. Such as if you selected paypal, an e-mail textfield would show up but if you selected Credit Card a CC number field would show up. How can I do this?

Please help me! I'll try to explain it better. If you select a certain item on one drop down menu, another menu or section appears under it.

You can achieve this with javascript, although it wouldn't be an easy thing to give an example of. I suggest doing some tutorials to learn the basics and you will learn how to dynamically write information to a page.
