Claiming Design Work

Let me know your opinion on this one. I found that one of my websites that I designed for a company has been marked up to show "Designed by Some Guy in Houston".

Well looking at the source, I'd say the guy you're after is: Louis Giddens. Since he seems to be claiming credit :) as for copyright issues... hmm... well that's sticky, he *may* have made some changes to it, probably coding wise since his design skills suck, and is now claiming it for his rather weak portfolio. You could send him an email, usually a little guilt goes a long way...

I wouldn't worry too much about it, let the lame guy, take the lame credit, for what amounts to a site that hasn't been updated in 4-5 years. Unless ofcourse you want to send the link to a potential client <which I wouldn't recommend>...
