Hi there. I am thinking of buying commandos 3 but in gaming sites I've visited, the system reqs said that commandos requires a 32mb T&L card. Do you know if I'm able to play it since TNT2 is not a T&L supported card? Or is there a patch or sth?

Thanks

if its required... then you cant play it when you dont have it... (most logical)
and there is no patch, coz T&L is integrated in the hardware.

offtopic:
if you played C1 and C2, you'll be disapointed with C3... really trust me...

Why will I be dissappointed?
And oops, it says directx 9 compatible 3d graphics card.

It's the gameplay, allot of shortcuts have been removed/changes, you can onlyplay at 800x600 (there could be a patch for it already, but dont count on it)

when you used to C2 (i completed this game) you'll crap on this game. the gfx look good, but the gameplay is hard/impossible... the AI of the enemy's are better, and the level changes depending on how long you play the level, you need to react fast and acurate or else you just fail the mission...

this makes it just dissapointing, imean, with C2, you could sit relaxed, have a drink etc, and just work your plan out... here its constantly changing changing changing.... and that sucks, you'll notice that in the first 4 levels (if you can get past the 1st one)

check out some some user reviews on the net, you'll be suprised

some quotes

- The games demanded a precision that the interface sometimes did not deliver. It only gets worse in Commandos 3, where useful weapon and action hotkeys have been removed. It's a befuddling decision; now, if you want to switch a character's weapons, you must cycle through a list rather than click a single key to get the weapon ready
- In addition, throw in a screen fixed at 800x600 resolution, a weird mix of 2D and 3D environments with different styles of view rotation, and a confusing policy of not having the view automatically switch to the selected commando, and even veterans of the game will find themselves struggling at times to keep their bearings
-The interface quirks, some occasional crashes, and documentation gaps prevent Commandos 3 from being all it can be, but at the end of the day, it's good enough.

this was from 1 review... there are many morewith these kind of comments...

for me, it wasn't worth to buy (after playing the downloaded version ;))
