I have had so much trouble with clients' ISPs I have decided to take action, and have set up a simple (for now) site where people can post their ISP woes, then invite the ISPs in question to reply with comments.

Please share your experiences

Do you really think reps. from different ISP's are going to comment on there? Seriously, do you? :h:
And good job plugging your website on your first post. :thumb:

if the site gets popular i think reps from the isp's will come on there and try to rebut, but since its so small i dont think they will care.
Ive had trouble with x2servers, dunno if they still exist, but once i purchased a shared hosting plan it took them almost 2 months to even get me my passwords and info. They also had some downtime where they didnt get it sorted out for like 2 weeks. Their customer service took a long time as well.

I know they arent gonna care much at the moment, but once it picks up they just might.

it's a good idea, I think there are some similar sites that do that with large companies. I think you shouldn't have a hard time finding people with ISP woes, but getting them to take the time to tell you about it will be the challenge. I would figure you'd need to get a few hundred complaints for each host before they take any action or have very good website presence.
