Need some critiques/opinions/constructive criticism on this layout.....

problems so far...the logo is too small ..please point out what you guys like from what cha dont like... all opinions are valuable so please leave ur feedback. ;) thanx..

Looks pretty good.. Is it going to be constructed in Flash?

yeah I like it, not sure about the black background though

the person with the headphones is too small, bit bigger and it'd be good

Nice layout and use of space. A small thing might be that the icons on your buttons dont really do it for me, but design is personal taste. Definately cant wait to see it in action!

@tonygarcia.... no it wont be constructed in flash but it will have flash elements.....

@pixi..i agree with the icons..i'll jsut have to think and come up with better concepts to get that message across..

thanx for the feedback so far..... my co-worker doesnt like the layout.. he dropped the homepage usability book on my desk....lol..that was funny...it's all good though..as pixi mentioned earlier....(design is a personal taste)...

but keep em coming fellas!!..i need to hear the dirt about the layout....what is too small? what looks out of place?...what's not professional?...etc....

I am not feeling the icon buttons. I think it will fair better on a dark grey bgrd as well. But it is a nice start...Good use of space.

I like the icon buttons, especialy if you flash them, and the layout is unique but still easy to understand what is going on so I dont see anyproblem with it. But I think you have too many buttons(21).
Overall the site looks really good.

I think it looks good, but the Black background doesn't go well with the blues, and oranges well at all. Maybe change it up to a pacific blue look, IDK w/o tryin some colors out but the black defenately doesn't feel right.

The icons, well to clipartish (if that's a word). And IMO you should definately get rid of what looks like Bureau Agency as your button type.

One thing that strikes me about this layout, although it's good IMO. Is that it comes across being a little more childlike/cartoony, than what I think it was intended to be. Of course I don't really know much about the nature of the site, but it looks like it should be much more urban that what it appears to be.

thanks for the replies and feedback...i changed the background...maybe it should be a darker gray as DDD said....i'll experiment with that more..

The icons gotta go..majority rules :) i'll find better ones.. i appreciate the feedback..very helpful..thanks guys!
