Wanted! Has Anyone Seen This Site?

Hi,

I know this is probalby crazy and won't work(And not the place to post). But I was on this great site(well, it had some great tuts) and my computer shut off before I could bookmark it or get its URL. All I remember is that it is a site that features tutorials on html, photoshop, and a few other things. I has a few neat things other sites don't cover.

Its header banner says Next Design and has electric lightning zapping from to poles behind it. I can't be any clearer than that. It has a dark grey color scheme. It has a half flash half photoshop created borders modern look.

I've searched for it long and hard and coudn't find it!

I'd like to know if anybody else has seen it and can kindly give me the URL!!!
