Hi guys
I won't be here for a while, and now you'll be asking why?
I'm not away on holiday, no!
It's because my mother punished me. I'm not allowed to acces the computer a whole week!!! What a torture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just wanted you guys to know it

I never get to use the computer on weeks days... ever... except on school holidays... Which in Australia ends Wednesday. So I will be only posting on weekends and next holidays which happens to be the good long summer holidays, But before that there are 10 weeks of school 1 week of exams and a hell of lot of classes.
Bargh this post just reminded me I got 2000 word assignment due first day back and I haven’t started. Ah well I regularly do huge projects over night, I usually get A too, if I put in two nights I could get A+'s but couldn't be bothered.

My whole family knows I am a computer addict, not neccessarily an Internet Addict considering I work a lot in Photoshop and of course Flash.... so they are pretty much alright with me being on all the time.

Arg! Not mister T!! I prefer Hannibal, if you can. And I don't know how it goes in English, but he has this sentence he keeps repeating: (in french it was something like) "I like when a plan goes as planned" or something like that. Do you know what I mean?
eilsoe
October 6th, 2002, 06:09 PM
yeah, but honestly, I've never watched the A-team, i know OF it.. never seen it though...

Luckly, my parents thought being addicted to the computer and learning all about them was a whole lot better than going out and partying, and getting hooked on drugs. Which i agree with them, however my social life has remained defunct since i got my first computer lol =)
But im a geek and i love it =)
long live geekdom. =)

roflmao.. I love it when a plan goes as planned.
I like that better I think.
As for the start of this thread.. You should explain to your mom that you are not addicted to the comp, but planning for your future by learning skills. :)
Well it worked for me anyway.

Lol, my family doesn't mind because whenever anything happens to their computers, they just call on me. So basically I just come in handy, and the more I learn, the better my chances of fixing their computers. So it all works out:)

I learned from my parents...haha. I also started reading at the age of 4, which is pretty good considering people don't start school here until they are 5, so that helped me learn how to speak the language.

my mom knew what i did on the computer. she calls me a lazy idiot that should be out "getting a job, like at taco bell" instead of "drawing" on the computer. many a time i was kicked off my PC for a while. i have my own pC now, in my room so nobody can say anything. my mom hates art and artists and is hostile to me cause of it. =/

Well thats just messed up. Artists are the some of the most opened minded people, there is no reason to hate them. (well most of them)
