Virtual Pet Site Staff Needed

Dear Kirupa Members,
My Name is DJ, and I am currently building a new virtual pet site, I personalIy have been to dozens of the site out there, and I feel they all lack originality and a certain edge. My site will change this. I plan on making this site into one of the premier pet sites out there today. The name of the site is GhettoPets.com, the name is pretty self-explanitory It will be a pet site with a ghetto vibe to it, It will have a city as its world, with sub sections, like the burb's, inner city, downdown, etc. The items will have the same theme, the weapons will be like ak-47's, 9mm's, swithblabes, etc. The magic items that most sites use, will be slightly differtent, I plan on have things like weed, extasy, beers, etc. I already have the web address, I am having several pets professionally designed, I attach a few of them. I have a host, but am currently looking for a new one. I have purchased a script like the one that runs venetopia.com, but it is not currently installed.
I am looking for at least 4 people to start off my staff, since we am just starting out, there will be no pay as of yet, but all staff members will get a cut when the site becomes profitable. Credit will be given to all member of our staff on the site.
1. A programmer that has a good understanding of php and mysql, for setting up the script, and future features, and php games.
2. A programmer that can design in flash, for games and other flash for the site
3. An artist that can design new items and pets
4. An artist that can design banners, buttons, and other graphics

Hey I would be willing to help out, I do some pixel art as well as some design with photoshop. I also used to be staff as a moderator for a zone in conitnuum which is an online game, I did some of the zone bases and tiliing, if you wanna see my work e mail me at jceeezy@gmail.com
