Critique Form

Hey everyone

I just read a post by EthanM, and it gave me a great idea! Why not have a form that you could fill out about a site while critiqueing (spelling?) it (i.e. first impressions, color schemes, ect.). I think that this would make the process of critiqueing a lot smoother and more helpful than the average 1 line post about how they should change somthing.

I think it works great how it is; I would definitely not share my opinions if I had to fill out a lengthy form like that. The user giving their critique can just follow a personal guideline sort of like that if they want :)
