Anyone have this problem?? I was in my moms house and i used her blasted phone to get on the net without noticing i didnt have my firewall enabled for this connection after i restarted i started having error messages with this executable. I scanned for viri and nothing comes up and its driving me nuts, after this exe starts it also brings up another exe winbdg.exe that also boosts my processor to 100% and i just friggin formatted a few weeks ago dont wanna have to do that again.

I believe ndis.exe is something to do with the Windows wireless driver API.

Go in Services and disable Wireless Zero Configuration.
