DOes anyone know where I can download the flash game Alien Hominid to my pc?

I did that so I could play it all day loong :P

Do what I always do, Whenever there's a page with the movie on it, look at the page source and find out where the .swf is from, then copy the address and google for it, then google gives our the link to the flash file and then do right click -> save link/target as

It's not piracy. When you play the game from a site you automaticaly download it in your cache. So whether you download it manually or automatically.. it's on your computer just the same. It's piracy when you show it to people saying you made it. Or when you rip it to create your own version from it.

Keyword being unauthorised. The game was created for newgrounds, so where ever else u see/play it, has taken it without permision and therefor PIRATED it.

You think people who download movies and games wont get into trouble because they didnt say it was theres? no! they will be charged with piracy becasue they duplicated it without consent from the original proprioter.

I'm sorry but Tom Fulp said that ALien Hominid could be published anywhere online, as long as it wasn't titled as someone elses work. Which is why you can find it on many Flash sites, because it IS allowed...

If u had bothered to back up ur post up with a search, then u would realise that a majority of my posts are from helping people.

Also, how is this not constructive? I was told by dan (synj) , that AH was made for newgrounds, and i was informing them that it was considered piracy if u copy sumones work without there consent. If im wrong then show me and i will gladly appoligize.

I think it is not illegal to download a swf to your harddrive for convienience, but posting it on your website without authors permission is probably not illegal (unless you says it yours) but its pretty 'rude' can't think of a harsher word!

its not like your actually selling the game to make profit or anything, your just downloading it and playing it whenever you feel. its already free on tons of websites, so why the hell would it be considered piracy if instead of constantly finding it and playing it off of the website, just downloading it. besides it gets downloaded into your temporary internet files anyway. its not like if i went into my temporary internet files folder and just started watching old animations that it would be considered pirating, cause its not, just like the definition says, its the UNAUTHORIZED use or reproduction of copyrighted or patented material. it would be considered pirating if i had to pay to play it, but instead, i downloaded it, or if i started burning it to cd's and started selling them, or if i put it on a site and said that it was mine and tried to take credit for it, THEN, it would be pirating. but its not considered pirating if its free to start. considering the fact that it would be a contradiction if it is free to play on a site, and then you play it from your temporary internet files just for the sole purpose of entertainment, by gaining no profit, and to avoid the inconvenience of constantly going back to the site to play it.

So dont pull the "Dont act smart about things you know nothing about" because its pretty clear that YOU know nothing about what your talking about.
