I have actually kind of taken a break from Flash right now. Aside from my recent entry #5 in the contest I have done nothing in Flash.

As for the board being quiet, yes it has. No one seems to be posting anymore. Could it be that no one has any questions about Flash!!!!! Nah, doubt that:P

I went up to Rhode Island this past weekend. Been sleeping most of the day. I'll be back this week in force, as I've taken the rest of the week off for Vacation.

Well, I'm trying to accomplish 3 things at the same time: start to work for my exams (failed), tried to start my Flash site (failed) and tried to make that darn grid work (kinda failed). It's been a great day. Fortunately, I've played a wonderful Lost Temple with the Protoss.

Oh, and I'm enjoying Nutella on bread right now, it's just delicious :)

I can relate to the failing in Flash part. That is why I decided to take a break from using it for a while. I find that if I take a break it gives me time to refresh and somewhat start over.

I've been in lurk mode lately. I am still checking in here every... oh, few minutes or so. I just don't have much to reply to the recent threads, nor do I really have any thoughts on starting a new thread... maybe later.

...also, I just ate an ant... I think. This is the second instance of accidental bug consumation at work. We had this ant problem a while back, but that didn't stop me from having a cup of hot cocoa. After thoughtlessly sipping from my mug, about halfway through the drink I notice the corpe of an ant floating among the marshmallows. Now, it is highly likely that this ant had a few friends join him in the hot tub that is my hot cocoa and I ate them. So I guess, I'm not 100% sure whether or not I actually ate any ants, but I did, indeed, drink fluid with at least one ant swishing in it with his bodily juices and all. Needless to say, I didn't imbibe anything from the kitchen for the rest of the day.

That is all. I know it has nothing to do with the events/topics discussed previously, but this is a random forum, is it not?

Speaking of footers, I really need to fix mine. Cursed embed font feature did not seem to work all that well hehe. From all these replies, I think the board is far from quiet....even without the antics of Phil :P Well, I have been busy of late studying with school and college stuff. Once my free-fall in Physics, which I shall refer to as my grade, reverses, I will be bouncing of the walls in spamming the board!

Nice to see you finally have a footer Kit, or did you have one previously? Ren, if I ever swallowed a bug, I would probably be sick for the rest of the day. It's not the bug that would make me sick, just the idea that I ate a bug. I wondef if you swallow a poisonous spider in your sleep, and the spider bites you (while inside your mouth), if you will probably be worse off than if the spider bit your hand?

Cartoons are always fun to watch. My top 5 would be:
1.) Simpsons
2.) Scooby Doo (gotta love the 60s/70s music)
3.) Spongebob Squarepants (I talked to the guy who sang the themesong for this show; he came to town once I met him while volunteering at the library)

Actually, now that I think about it, I don't really watch that many cartoons. But sitcoms are a whole another movie clip....that'll probably require a whole new thread =)

I don't mind it either. I think its pretty cool, but sometmies I wonder how the name Pom arrived from Ilyas Usal or Ilyaslamasse. And for some reason I type Ilyas not Pom, it is natural to me that way. I have no clue why.

Actually, I don't like Pom that much. :-\ It comes from my mail adress, pom2ter, if you say that in French, it means potatoe. So people at school started calling me pom, and it stuck. But that was after I signed up to this board... And I'm kinda stuck now, because I sign on other boards as pom... Strange thing, at Bit-101, farafiro (he signed here too recently) asked me if I was Kirupa's pom!?! :P

So you are all very welcome to call me Ilyas :)

Pom/potato is much better than T.L.D. - trust me on that one.

I don't watch much TV since my roomies are hogging up the TV in their room. In addition, we get poor reception and we do NOT have cable (*gasp*). Yes I know, everyone and they're pet rock has cable - well not me. The only entertainment I get is via watching DVDs on Toaster&trade.

But I will still make the drive to my parents house this evening for the season premiere of Smallville (I know I'm not the only one excited about Lana here)!
