I want Half a Turn not a full

Ok im making the Logo for my CS Clan, and i want it to just tilt towards the screen by doing like just half of a spin (know what i mean?) I dont want it to spin completely around, just spin towards screen a little then go back to original position. Please help a newbie, Thanx
