ScrollPane problem with dynamic text

Hi,
I have a problem & a question with the following;
I have an image(which is a table and some dynamic text) in a ScrollPane.
Everything works and scrolls except the text which goes out of the scroll area...
It only works when the text is static, why?

I hope its not too confusing...!!

im not sure about this but try placing the dynamic text box inside an MC.
