Need help with sound

I am making a short movie with sound in the background the whole time........when im editing it all runs smooth and awesome. Now comes the problem.....when i export and watch, the sound is not in sinc with the video......its off like 3 seconds or whatever, but its not how it was when i was editing. Help would be much appreciated. :)

In the sound panel, set the type to "Stream" instead of "Event"

that should work.
