Nice site. I've been doing mixed martial arts (a mixture of a few you have on the site) for a while now (train in South London). Maybe you should offer mma. Are you affiliated with the clubs? If so maybe have free style classes, because todays fighters are good strikers, and just as comfortable on the ground (hence the term mixed martial arts) <---- Totally off the topic of Flash I know...

The black and white effect is nice.

Also, in your footer, enclose your site address in so it links when clicked.
