Ok, I don't know how many of you K people use EPS files for making PDF docs, but I sure do and I am starting to get really annoyed. Ever since I have installed the new Adboe CS Premium Suit I have had nothing but problems with them.

When viewing a folder with a few of these files inside, it can take FOREVER for the icon to appear beside it's name. This is a problem because if you try deleting them you will get an error saying the file is in use. Once the icon has appeared 8 out of 10 times you can delete it. The other 2 times it still says it's in use, when it's clearly not, even after a restart.

Does anyone have any ideas here, or have you experienced the same thing?

BAH!
thats one of those annoying XP things *spit*.
try looking for an option to NOT save a thumbnail with the EPS file.
or maybe try deleting Thumbs.db

Hey thanks, I will give it a shot. :D

I guess you and I might be the only ones to experience this problem...

i get a similiar problem with PSD files... Try right-clicking on them, and choosing properties, and then see if you can uncheck the 'generate thumbnail' option, if there is one...
