I like everything but the Splashscreen ...

you are defiantely right with the splash screen...

main problem with the splash screen was that the code of the game was already 13250bytes, so I had only 1750 bytes for a splashscreen.

now I replced it with some code drawn graphics from the game, I guess I should have done that earlier.

thats a great entry man, but is there any copyright on it coz a guy at school ripped it off and posted it on his site
www.rowstongames.tk (http://www.rowstongames.tk)

sorry for the belated response, and thanks for the hint.
since he left the copyright stuff inside (name, statistics), is hosting it on an own server, and doesn't make commercial use of it, I'm fine with that.
I prefer to be asked if someone uses my games, but as long he doesn't pretend it's his own work, or earns money for it, I'm fine with that in most cases (except it results conflicts with customers).

btw.: you can tell your friend he'd better place a contact form or some e-mail address on his page. If someone does care finding his game on a page and is not abled to contact the owner, he'll probably make a quick call to his lawyer which can cost your friend up to some k$

It's a fun Flash toy. It's a compact cross between Worms and Gunbound (which is in reality a ripoff of Worms itself, at something like 90 MB). More sites should be dedicated to things like this (and I just know someone will reply with an existing site URL). I have been hit by the sticky hand of inspiration! I want to make this kind of thing at this point. And, if I found my Flash Movie on someone else's site, you can bet I would make a big deal out of it.

Two questions about Blast-a-Footer:

- How did you use to remove chunks of land where the missile hit?
- What did you use to make the tutorial (looks like Camtasia)?
