Server Back: Gerbils Back Also

Hey everyone,
It seemed like the forums were out for a whole eternity, but they were down for about 15 minutes! Yeah...somebody opened the cage, and the gerbils who are responsible for making sure the forum works escaped. They are back, and everything should be fine.

As you can tell morale is really high:

Not any time soon I'm afraid. The gerbils unionized a few months ago, so I can't upgrade them without getting in trouble with the Union Boss:

They have yet to offer any good solution for why their supposedly better search feature takes up so much more memory than their earlier one. They have not offered a fix for it either.

The forums were down again, and this time it was for about 30 minutes+. I've sent an e-mail to mediaTemple, so they should be able to fix the problem with the server.

I'm willing to bet it could be due to increased server load :ro:

Ok, so as you know "Kirupa" has been quitely brain washing us all for quite some time now. As you might have noticed recently, the forums have been "down" and it's claimed that "he" doesn't know what the problem was.

I'm here to tell you "he's" doing it so you miss it. He knows how much it burns that you can't reply to the word association thread whenever your please, or how much you need your AS questions answered. It's part of his big plan to get you so hooked on the forums that when it comes time to sign a life contract to be a member, you'll all sign with not a second thought. Wake up my fellow kirupians.. wake up before it's too late...
