Looking for help

I'm trying to install iknoboard on my site, but its really not having any of it lol I got told I need to edit my permisions via shell access which i have no idea how to do, I tried and it all went pear shaped.

What i was wondering is if anyone has any spare time, could they see themselves to install the board on my server for me??

I would be very very gratefull, I cant pay for this service, but i have loads of junk lying about (alcatel speed touch usb modem, cd rom drive)

Please get back to me as soon as possiable.

by the way, its IkonBoard (http://www.ikonboard.com) not iknoboard as my first post suggests lol

may I ask why Ikonboard? There are many free boards out there u know... :)

(and way easier to install too...)
