Inserting Clip Art To A JPEG

How do you insert a clip art to a jpeg? how do you insert it so that it blends into the jpeg.

I'd be very grateful for any help.

Hey Wayne,
There is no easy way to accomplish that in FrontPage. You will need to use a 3rd party image editor such as Microsoft's Image Composer or a variety of other shareware applications. From those applications, you can insert and combine JPEG, ClipArt, GIF, etc. to your liking.
