box in screen

trying to re-create the box in page rather than on page effect used in the main rounded rectangle that was seen in the site of the week submission by kaveh last week

I tried playing with the blending options -> bevel and emboss settings but couldn't get it right. I searched the forums as well but couldn't find what I was looking for
