Graphics Card Question

Anyways im hoping there is some computer genusis around here because this is pissing me off.

I got a new graphics card ATi Radeon 32mb PCi version.

nOw it seems to work fine now but the ponly probem is that my start bar has completly dissapeared there is no finding it anyone got any ideas I dont like a computer without a start bar.

Please Please Help

Wow Im sorry for such a stupidpost well actually it wasent really stupid just i should of posted after another couple of minutes.

I fixed it see I figured since I used to have an old driver for my computer I decided that maybe if I unistal that everything will have to go over to the newest on so it did and it worked.

Thanks anyways guys what a pointless post.

Now to make something out of this What do you think the best graphics card is..?

I have always liked Nvidia cards - mostly because they are very compatible with most games and machines.

Yeah I heard they were good too.

For me well I say Ati because for me its so far so good and my uncle always gets ATI cards and I got this one from him.

But geforce is also good. My uncle said there always in a competion against each otehr so I think Geforce and ATi are the best.

Isent ge force mainy for Gamers and ATi is for just about everything.

Anyone else got ideas
