Heya! Just wanted some feedback on the latest site that I worked on, http://www.architekt9.com. It's very minimal, and a few of the finer points are still being ironed out, but all critiques are welcome!

I can't see any content when i click on a button in the menu, also, it seems you forgot to embed the font for the buttons, nice intro

safe! I fixed the menu, the fonts are embedded now. As far as the content goes, I'm not sure why you're not seeing anything. I just checked it on my mate's computer and everything came up. What exactly happens when you click on a button?

nice and clean, just the way i like it, only remark: intro takes a tad too long imo, but all in all, its a pretty good site

Now it's ok, i can see the content, strange :h: .
I think you could add some pictures or graphics, it's a bit blueish and not very "alive" like this, just my opinion !

EDIT : After clickin "press", no more content will show up

Other than the intro it's very plain. Try to spice it up a bit.;)

I like it alot man. :thumb:

I did notice a table issue on the logo in firefox. It looks fine in IE though.

I got the same table error in safari.

The site design is ok. The cool 3D shapes lead you to believe that there's going to be some cool interactive content through out the site and then it basically turns into a static website. Kind of a let down. The mailing form at the bottom throws the site off a bit. Maybe if you line it up with the content instead of the navigation it will flow better.

It takes a while on my 3mb cable modem to get something when you click any of the buttons. You should maybe add a preloader. Also are each of the sections being loaded dynamically becuase that should help file size and loading issues.

Your loading intro is nice. The swift 3d stuff is cool.
-The buttons could be improved a little. Make the button's box a little smaller. I dont see the need for a fade color in the buttons or a double border (white on the outside and blk on the inside. The over is cool.
-News and jam of the week could use some icon or jpeg or graphic to represent them. Pictures speak a 1000 words. I would remove the scroll bars, its just too much work for people to scroll in seperate places. Get rid of one of them, most likely the Jam Of the Week scroll.
-Have to get some type of header colleague in there, or some graphic blend some pictures. Looks bland even though the colors are ok. Lacks a little life.
-Join the mailing list could be a little smaller and less eye catching. It directs attention away from the text, if thats what you want then you succeeded.
-Home page under NEWS, after the first Paragraph, it seems like the rest of the paragraphs are just one big button, every thing leads to mailing you. Might want to check on that.
Other than that and the links not working after leaving the home page ,you are OK.

thanx for the replies, all!

1. does anyone know how to fix the table problem? i've never been much of an HTML ace, esp. when exporting from Photoshop.

2. there's always been a preloader... it just hasn't been working... now fixed! ;) not sure about other links after home not working... can someone verify this??

3. i posted another thread in Actionscript about all the text after the link being clickable. it's coming from a dynamic text file, rendered as HTML text. the tags are closed, but for some reason the <a> tag keeps on going.

4. sorry it's boring. :( but content comes first. none of the supplied pics were any good, so i'd rather have had a nice clean site with good content that's easy to update than a site that has pics for the sake of it. i agree that the header's kinda boring, but i'd rather wait for some nice pics than just put anything up there!

again, thanks for the comments. please keep em coming... when you throw a site together in 2 days, you tend to forget stuff (like embedding fonts, etc...) ;)

cool intro; i guess you could accentuate the interface and transitions a lil more. it does look a bit static. interested in hearing more mixes.
