Hosting question

Hey, I am in the process of creating my first website for a client, and I was wondering if you guys could suggest a good host.

Also, do you charge more money if they want the site to be up longer, or if they want it updated every once and a while?

I always use www.siteflip.com and just charge the client 20 bucks and set it up for them with the domain name and the hosting for a year

all of my sites allow the user to update themselves through an admin section, so no I don't charge to update, but you could, if you client is willing to pay.

A good host would incorporate good features like php, mysql databases, realibilty and a good price. I like www.mediumcube.com since I have been offered 50% off all packages ;)
