How can I make a mosaic?

I have a picture that I want to blow up fairly large, and by fairly large I mean the size of a wall. Then I want to print it out on lots of standard 8.5 X 11 paper, and put the pieces all together on the wall.

How can I do something like this?

if you just give me a sec, a couple of weeks ago i've found a site where you can upload any image and make it as large as you want. it then automatically turns your picture in a pdf with the amount of papers you wanted. just give me a sec, imma see if i can find the link
