wow rolland, that last one is off the hook, wow baby, that's one sweet mo'fo :) but i really like dj's in general, with the tornado on the back, nice job man, how did u get that blurry effect thingy? is that just outerglow?

Outer glow...nope. I duplicated the car layer and then guassian blurred that layer about 2-3 times at 4.9 setting. Then Lowered the opacity of the top car layer until it gave it that nice shine.;)

first I sliced every little bit of the car to separate layers
after that it was a simple thing with the liquify command...
I'll explain all within the e-mail

maybe the color of the tires and the brakes? ... seems a little too greenish on my monitor. Maybe have an underlight - (not sure on the lingo - not very 'car' intelligent) You might also want to have more vibrant colors - make it stand out from the crowd a little bit more..

separate the near, the center and the far objects, and also the sky.
do not blur the sky
blur the far objects slightly
and blur the near objects as much as it allows itself

also apply a radial blur on the wheel...
