2 questions

Hi, i havent seen server-side before and some pointed me in this directionto make forum kind of things
i have 2 questions

1) how do i make a forum with log in/log out and register
2) how do i make it so if someone browses there computer for a file and then wants to email me it, how do i do that?

doood.... you better start of with some great tutorials and learn some php/asp/etc + databases before you start making a forum :!:
