View Full Version : Adobe Illustrator Acting Wierd

Ok, this is weird, I've never had this issue before. I've been using illustrator on my laptop and for some reason when I use the direct selection tool, I cant highlight the points on a path. It's totally odd. Can't grab the handlebars, (can't even see the handlebars). Can't grab the points unless I do it blindly. But that doesnt help much. Can't convert points either. This is really bad since I have a project that I need to get done for a client and this is really holding me up. Anyone know if there's a setting or something that I can change.. or what. Thanks a lot.

Erk.

I've had this (or something similar) happen to me before. I did a quick reboot and that fixed it. But no idea what causes it tbh. :sigh:

hmm, i tried rebooting, ill try reinstalling it maybe that will help. thanks. :)

i figured it out thanks. i had 'hide edges' selected. bah. heheh.

hehe.. glad you figured it out. had gone to sleep after i replied to your question. ;)
i think hide edges are shorcut to ctl h arent they?
